Teresa is a retired co-facilitator and member of the  Flagstaff Parkinson’s Disease Support Group and  past volunteer for Northland Hospice.

Thanks to Aleia O’Riley and Further Shore the Danion Brinkley Twilight Brigade training came to Flagstaff where Teresa received additional end of life training. She is a retired Further Shore Approved Practitioner.

Past volunteer work has included Community Emergency Response Team member for Coconino County (CERTS), Flagstaff Community Health Action Network (Flagchan) and a past board member of the Northern Arizona Gerontolgy Association (NAGA). National volunteer work also kept her busy as Past President and Publications/Web Editor of the American Association of Bowenwork Practitioners.

She has also completed workshops by NACA, NACOG and Bowenwork classes on aging, birth, pregnancy, Sports Bowen and Bowen for Immobile, Stroke Care and Chronic Fatigue as a continued commitment to the knowledge needed to serve her clients.

In her twenties, spare time was spent studying herbal medicine and yoga, which then led to procuring knowledge as a Reiki and Shamballa Reiki Master. Continuing to obtain knowledge over the years she became a Reconnection Healing Practitioner, Certified Medicinal Aromatherapist and now receives continued training in Advanced Bowenwork, Touch Balancing/Animal Bowen and herbs.

For a list of Teresa’s Bowenwork classes completed go to the Bowen Therapy Academy of Australia’s website for information and on practitioners around the world.

Teresa’s clients have ranged from infants to the elderly, with results from ‘a sigh of relief’ to awe-inspiring. She looks forward to when, in the U.S., Bowenwork is a household word and a natural part of an individual’s preventive care as it is in other parts of the world.
