My goal is to help people achieve a better quality of life through my use of the original Bowenwork® Techniques in their purest form.

BOWENWORK® was developed in Australia by Mr. Tom Bowen in the 1950's, and is now practiced in 25 countries. Bowenwork is neither derived from nor similar to any other physical modality. It is renowned for its effectiveness in stimulating true healing from within the brain. Through gentle and yet powerful moves, even long-standing problems "unwind" and balance is restored. A 1974 Victorian Government survey of alternative health practitioners found he had an over 85% success rate for the over 13,000 treatments he was performing per year.

Positive Changes
The changes one may experience after Bowenwork range from person to person. No two people are alike. We most commonly see:

increased calmness
pain and symptom reduction
improved digestion and elimination
decreased muscle spasms
deeper diaphragmatic breathing
decreased inflammation and swelling
a new awareness of one’s body
healing of old injuries and traumas
improved posture
increased circulation and lymph flow

The work is holistic and a full-body response is almost always felt. Sometimes a practitioner will focus on a specific area, but most often, the body is treated as a whole, so that all systems are affected to create balance.
